Clevered Refund Policy

At Clevered, we believe in offering an exceptional learning experience and backing it up with a transparent, fair, and parent-friendly refund policy. Your trust means everything to us.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request it within 15 days from the date of payment.
  • You have attended less than 50% of the classes in your program.
  • You haven’t switched courses, credits, or transferred to a new teacher after purchase.

We do not require any lengthy explanations—we trust our customers. No exit interview is mandatory.

2. Refund Type & Amount

Refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis:

  • You will be refunded for unused classes, minus any classes already attended.
  • No hidden charges. No penalty fees.
  • If you purchased using a discount or offer, the refund will be calculated on the effective price paid per class.
  • GST (if applicable) will be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Simple Process

To request a refund:

  • Message us via the Clevered dashboard chat or email us at support@clevered.com.
  • Include your name, student ID, and program details.
  • We’ll confirm receipt within 24 hours.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days in the original mode of payment.

4. What’s Non-Refundable

  • Promotional credits or free bonus classes.
  • Refunds are not eligible after 15 days, or if more than 50% of the classes are completed.

5. Disputes & Support

We encourage customers to reach out directly to our team for resolutions before raising a payment dispute. Refunds cannot be processed if a dispute is ongoing with the bank or payment gateway.

6. Special Programs

Some exclusive events, bootcamps, or 1:1 mentorships may carry a no-refund clause, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Our Commitment

We keep it simple: Your child’s learning comes first. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll make it right—without long forms, rigid rules, or bureaucracy.
